1. Product received is defective (e.g. arrived broken right off the box)
2. Product got damaged during transit
3. Product arrived with missing parts
4. Undelivered product for over a week
5. Received incorrect product
If your product is not working well for your intended purpose or simply doesn't meet your expectations, send us an email, and we'll be happy to collaborate with you to find an alternate product that's suitable for your needs.
