Absolutely! These glasses are specially made to block out 100% of blue light up to wavelengths of 525nm.

Will these fit over my glasses?

These are designed to fit over regular glasses with a spectacle frame up to 5.6 inches wide and lenses up to 1.7 inches high (1.3 inches high on the outside). If your specs’ measurements are within this range they should definitely fit.
