If you notice that the visor is cloudy upon receiving your face shield, it means that the protective films are still on.

The visor has a green film on one side and a colorless film on the other. We package them this way to prevent scratches during the delivery process.

To safely remove the protective films, apply a piece of household tape to the corners, removing them one at a time using a peeling motion.
