Assembling your arborist helmet is quick and easy! Just follow these four simple steps:

1. Attach the earmuffs:

Slide the earmuffs into the slots on each side of the helmet. Make sure the connectors are facing forward, then press until they click into place.

2. Assemble the visor:

Line up the visor connectors on each side, press down firmly, and click them in to secure the visor.

3. Adjust the head size:

Use the ratchet knob at the back of the helmet. Turn it clockwise to tighten, or counterclockwise to loosen. You can also adjust the position of the headband up or down for a perfect fit.

4. Secure the helmet with the chin strap:

Pull the triangle sliders to tighten or loosen the straps. Buckle the chin strap and pull the end to snugly tighten it around your chin.

Now you're all set! Your helmet should feel secure, comfortable, and ready to keep you protected on the job.
